God's Sheep - Lisa Patterson

Today we will be studying about God's Sheep. The Shepherd knows His Sheep. John10:25 says My Sheep hear my voice and I know them and they follow me. I give them eternal life and they shall never perish, neither shall anyone snatch them out of my hand. My Father is greater than all and given them to me. And no one is able to snatch them out of my Father's hand. For I and the Father are one.
John 10:1 He who does not enter the sheep fold by the door but climbs up some other way, the same is a thief and a robber. But he who enters by the door is the shepherd of the sheep. To Him the door keeper opens, and the sheep hear his voice and He calls His own sheep by name and leads them out. When he brings out his own sheep, he goes before them and the sheep follow Him, for they know His voice. They will by no means follow a stranger, but will flee from him. For they do not know the voice of strangers,(v 7). Jesus said again, I am the door of the sheep. All whoever come before me are thieves and robbers. But the sheep did not hear them and I am the door. If anyone enters by me, he will be saved and will go in and out and find pasture. I have come that they will have life.
The thieves and robbers were the Pharises. The stranger is anyone whom the sheep do not know, but not always a thief and a robber. Sheep won't follow a strangers voice, even if he used the shepherd's call and imitated his tone. A heirling is a hired shepherd, a mercenery who tends the flock for his won interest. When a hired shepherd sees a wolf coming, he flees, not caring about the sheep.
Jesus had the power to voluntarily lay down His life for the sheep (v 11,15,17), but also to take it up again. No one but God can do that.
The characteristics of sheep are (1- they hear his voice (v4), (2 they follow Him (faith), (3 they shall never perish. Their eternal life can never be taken away. The Father's hand is more powerful than the enemy. And the scripture says I and my Father are one (Jesus). So today take a look and see if you and Jesus are one and the same, and if you are truely His sheep. He loves everyone and wants us all to come into Him today and take that step of faith and belong to Him.

Listening To The Teaching Of God-Lisa Patterson

Isaiah 28:23 says to give ear and hear my voice. Listen and hear my speech. Does the plowman keep plowing all day to sow? Does he keep turning his soil and breaking the clods? When he has leveled it's surface does he not plant the wheat in rows, the barley in it's appointed place? For he instructs him in right judgement. His God teaches him.
The Lord of host is wonderful in counsel and excellent in guidance. Isaiah 28:14 says scornful men are worse than fools, beyond choosing what is bad, they despise what is good.
Isaiah 28:16 is a Cornerstone in Zion. "Therefore says the Lord God, behold I lay in Zion a stone for a foundation. A field stone, a precious cornerstone, a sure foundation." Who believes will not act hastily. Also I will make justice the measuring line and righteousness the plummet. The hail will sweep away the refuge of lies, and the waters will overflow the hiding place. Your covenant with death will be annulled. And your agreement with Sheol will not stand.
You were made to be controlled by God, not man or the enemy. We were only made for God and for His pleasure alone. If you go the way of the Egyptians, you will be controlled by the devil. Give your whole life to Christ or you will not be completely happy. You may do this or that for a while, but then you will have to come back to what he's called you to do. Your agreement with Egypt will not stand. For the bed is too short to stretch out on. And the covering so narrow that one cannot wrap himself in it.
The Lord will rise up and he will do his work, His awesome work, and bring to pass his act, his unusual act. Do not be mockers. lest your bonds be made strong. Do what the Lord says. Let him dominate your life. You will be miserable without Him. Do not let the devil lead you astray. He will intimidate and harden your heart! Your conscious will no longer bother you as your heart continues to harden. Then you will fall into his trap. It's a dangerous thing to harden your heart. There may not be another time to come to Him. You can't "fit or belong" except in Him. The time to come to Him is now. You must surrender your heart, will and mind to Him and then you'll have his best. This is Lisa Patterson with the Good News that Jesus loves you and wants you now.

Living By Faith - Lisa Patterson
Habakkah 2:4 we must live by faith. Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. That means you can't see what all is in store for you but you must have faith through Christ. Matthew 6:30 talks about Oh ye of little faith. If God so clothed the grass of the field, which today is and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, will he not much more clothe you, Oh you of little faith? Do not worry saying what shall we eat or drink or what shall we wear. For your Heavenly Father knows what you have need of. Seek ye first the kingdom of God and his righteousness and all these things will be added unto you. Do not worry about tomorrow, for it will worry about it's own things. Matthew 14:31 Peter walked on the water but when he saw the wind was boisterous, he became afraid and began to sink. And he cried out saying, Lord save me! Jesus then stretched out his hand and caught him and said "Oh you of little faith, why did you doubt?" And when they got in the boat the wind ceased. Those who were in the boat came and worshipped Him saying Jesus truely is the Son of God. Matthew 15:28 A woman from Canan came from Tyre and Sidon crying out to Jesus saying, "Have mercy on me, Oh Lord, for my daughter is severely demon possessed." But he didn't answer and the deciples came and urged him saying, "send her away she cries out for us." But he said, I was not sent except for the lost sheep of the house of Israel. Then she worshipped him saying, "Lord help me." He said it is not good to take the children's bread and throw it to the dogs. She said, "Lord even the little dogs eat the crumbs which fall from the the master's table. Jesus answered saying, "Great is your faith. Let it be to you as you desire." And her daughter was healed from that hour. Matthew 17:20 A boy is healed of epilepsy. The boy was brought to the deciples but they couldn't heal him. Jesus told them it was because of their unbelief. If you have faith as a grain of mustard seed you shall say unto this mountain, move from here to there and it will be done. Nothing shall be impossible for you. However, this kind of demon only comes out through prayer and fasting. I Corinthians 2:5 says that you faith shoud not be in the wisdom of men but the power of God. Galatians 3:14 says the Law was our tutor to bring us to Christ, that we may be justified by faith. But after faith has come, we are no longer under a tutor. We must live by faith and not by sight, The way to faith is by the reading and studying of the Word of God. Mark 11:23-24 says whosoever says to this mountain to be removed and cast into the sea and does not doubt in his heart, he shall have whatsoever he says. Galatians 3:2 Did you receive the spirit by the works of the law or by the hearing of faith? Therefore know that only those who are of faith are the sons of Abraham. Hebrews 10:38 says the just shall live by faith. Hebrews 11:1 says faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. Hebrews 12:2 Jesus is the author and finisher of our faith. James 1:3 says your faith produces patience and that is needed to fulfill the race. Faith is a measure we are all given and we must use it to the best of our ability. The Seven Laws of Success - Lisa Patterson

Today we will study the Seven Laws of Success.
1. Law of Difference- decides who persues you. That is why God made us all individuals. We were all made different for a reason. He didn't want us to be robots and so He gave us a will. He uses our conscious, Holy Spirit to teach us. Not sickness and disease.
2. Law of the Mind- Your mind needs a goal(a purpose). Matt. 1:7-9. The mind is given to serve you, not master you. You must have a hero, someone you'll be like. Eph. 1:17. The mind needs pictures. Meditation is talking to yourself. Rom. 10:10 says faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God. The more creative you are the more trouble you will have with your mind. Nobody feels what you feel. Psalm 1:19 speaking God's word is strength.
3.Law of Recognition-is to see who it is(what is in you). Only the most passionate see the difference in you from another. To see the difference in you that no one else sees is recognition . Most people can't see through others to tell what their difference is. That is why God is so awesome that He would make you the way you are.
4.Law of Two- Creates instant multiplication. There's somebody who sees in you what you don't see. The difference between seasons is a person in your life. Two are better than one. A person can create your season. You only need one person in your life to get you to the next season. And you are only 4 people away from anybody on earth. One person cannot multiply.One puts a thousand to flight, but two puts 10,000 to flight. Two are always better than one and that's why God put Eve in the garden with Adam.
5.Law of Place- God made places before He made people. Where you are matters just as much as what you are. When you are where you are supposed to be there are no rivals. Your assignment is geographical. Everytime God talks in the Bible He tells where they are to go. If there's no honor where you are then go where you are celebrated and not tolerated. No one can compete with you if you are where you are supposed to be. Your genious emerges. Provision is the confirmation of where you are to be. Your money will be where you are supposed to be.
6.Law of Honor- Your future is determined by whom you have chosed to honor. Duet.5 Honor is the seed for access. Adaptation is the proof of honor. If you change what you know you change what you do. There is only one reason America will fail. And it is not the Tailiban or any other conflict. It will be because it doesn't honor the God who made us. Honor protects, corrects, submits, and yields. Your reaction of instruction from your boss is your code of honor. Taking care of an elderly parent is proof of honor. It is your reaction to pain and weakness of another is your code of honor.
7. Law of the Seed- Forgiveness is the seed for relationship. Gratitude is the seed for more. Harvest from the seed is the proof of obedience. Anything you give up for the Lord you wil get back 100 fold Jesus said and life everlasting. Expectation is added to your giving. Without faith it is impossible to please God. My seed decides what I am sowing. If I sow anger i will get anger. If I sow love I will receive love. God loves us so much that He gave His only begotten son that whosoever believes in Him and that He sent His son to die for us so that we might live will be saved. Obedience to the Lord - Lisa Patterson

Today we are going to study "Obedience to the Lord." In Deuteronomy 30:1 it says to obey His voice, you and your children with all your heart and soul that the Lord you God will bring you back from captivity and have compassion on you. And he will gather you again from all the nations where the Lord your God has scattered you. He will bring you to the land your fathers possessed and you shall possess it. He will prosper you and multiply you more than your fathers. The Lord your God will circumcise your heart and the heart of your descendants, to love the Lord your God with all your heart and soul that you might live. Also the Lord your God will put all these curses on your enemies and on those who hate you and who persecute you. But obey the voice of the Lord and do all his commandments which is commanded this day. He will make you abound in all the work of your hand, in the fruit of your body, the increase of your livestock, and in the produce of your land for good. The Lord will rejoice over you for good as He rejoiced in your fathers, if you obey the voice of the Lord your God, to keep His commandments and His statues which are written in this Book of the Law. And if you turn to the Lord your God with all your heart and soul.

In Deuteronomy 28:15 it says if you do not obey the voice of the Lord your God, to observe His commandments and His statues which is commanded, then all these curses will come upon you and over take you. You will be cursed in the city and cursed in the country. Cursed will be the fruit of your body and produce of your land, increase of your cattle and offspring of your flocks. Cursed when you come in and cursed when you go out. The Lord will send on you cursing, confusion and rebuke in all you set your hand to do until you are destroyed because od the wickedness of your doings in which you have forsaken the Lord.

In Matthew 21:28 is the story of 2 sons. One son obeyed the father and the other didn't. Jesus said it's easier for a corrupt tax collector and prostitutes to get into the kingdom of Heaven than for a liar. John the Baptist showed the way of life and you didn't believe but a tax collector you did and still didn't turn from your sins and believe Him. So call upon the Lord this day and repent of your sins and ask the Lord Jesus into your heart and let Him cleanse you of all unrighteousness this day. He will take you and make you whole again. He will in no wise cast you out. Let His loving kindness come into your heart and guide you so these blessings will be in you today. Being Saved - Lisa Patterson

Today our subject is Being Saved. Matt. 16:25 says whosoever wants to save his life will lose it. And whoever wants to lose his life will save it. You must give yourself to God so he can save you and the price you pay is to lose your life in order to gain your new life in Christ Jesus. >Matt. 19:25 says it's easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter Heaven. In today's standards almost everyone of us in America are rich compared to when this was written. So, riches won't get you to Heaven. Let go of all your riches cause you can't take them with you.Luke 19:10 says the son of man has come to save the world. God loves the whole world so much that he gave his only begotten son that whosoever would believe on him might be saved. He sent his son to the world not to condemn the world but so that all might be saved through his grace. He loves us so much that he did that for us. Mark 16:16 says whosoever believes in his heart that Christ rose from the dead for him and is baptized will be saved. The heart here is the spiritual being(person0 will be made whole again. Act 2:21 says to call on the name of the Lord and he will in no wise cast you out. Act 16:30 says the believe in the Lord and be saved. You must believe that he is and that he is a rewarder of those who diligently seek him. Not halfheartedly.

Ephesians 2:8 says by grace you are saved and not works of your own, but through faith. Nothing you did or didn't do will get you saved. You must let Christ do it all for you. I Timothy 2:4 God wants everyone to be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth. Mark 10: 14 says that whoever doesn't enter the Kingdom of God like a little child doesn't enter it. You can only come by humbly as a child. God loved the world so much that whosoever believeth on him shall be saved.That is for each and every one of us no matter what we've done or not done. It is well with thee after you have repented and come to the Lord. There are no favorites with God. He is willing to save anyone!! He wants everyone to have the same chance. He will wash your sins away and make you whole again. No one is too great or too bad to come to the Lord. He loves us that much.John 3:17 says you must be willing to lose your life in order to save it. You are not your own anymore once you have decided to come to Christ. So give your life to Him today and let him wash your sins away and take care of all your problems and change you and make you whole again. He died on that Cross for you so you might live and yet there are people going to Hell everyday because they don't want to hear this word. So don't be one of them who won't make it to Heaven. For God is love, I Corinthians 13:1 and is says Love is kind, patient, not selfish, never fails, trusts, is not proud, doesn't boast, and is not self seeking, not easily angered and not rude. It keeps no record of wrong doing, and is always protective. Love helps us see through things too. So come to Christ today. He is the answer and will always be there and will never leave you nor forsake you.

God Loves You - Lisa Patterson

God loves you.

Our subject today is God loves you. Phillipians 3:10 That I might know Him by the power of his resurrection.. God loves us with an everlasting love. Proverbs 14:10 says pride and insolense comes contention. It gets in our way. Contention is not of God so be skillful of godly wisdom. Pride is a deep harbour that holds us back. John 3:16 says God do loved the world that He gave his only begotten son that whosoever believeth on him might be saved. He gave us a will of our own and a choice but he loves us unconditionally. To give his only son that we might live mightily is more love than we might know. He wanted us to know him and live through him. Eph.1:4 says he chose us from the foundation of the world.

We were not a thing or blur in the night. He counted all the hairs on our head. We are intricatly and delicately made and he gave us our own will so we can chose for ourself. Not as a puppet on a string. To be lost is everlasting darkness but to be saved is eternal light. We were planned way before the foundation of the world. Eph.1:5 says he ordained us for the purpose of his will. He destined us and planned in love for us.There's no other way to know he's not love because the Bible teaches it. There is an aura about the Bible that no other book has because it is Holy Spirit breathed on. We should be holy and blameless and he chose us and knows us better than we know ourselves. So relax because he loves you. Matt. says to take care of the little ones and your bodies. He cares about you. Don't listen to the evil one who comes to deceive you and twist the Holy word of God. He wouldn't have taken the time to do this for us if he didn't care so much for us.

You must have child like faith to come unto me and be as my deciple he says in his word. You don't have to be a child but come as a child with child like faith to enter the kingdom of God. He will a;ways accept you no matter what sin you may have committed if you call upon his name. You will always be accepted. Mark 9:37 says Whoever shall receive little children shall receive me. Anytime you come to Jesus you come to the kingdom of God. Mark 10:14. Accept the kingdom of God. It is not a game and Hell is real even though the devil tries to tell you it's not. He is the father of lies and no truth is in him. Do not accept what he says, never. Matt. 18:10 says God loves little children so much he will sacrifice anything for them. He gave usall the books in this Bible that is Holy Spirit breathed on.

It was never his choice not to choose us. Take his hand so his healing powers will take us and his son was blameless. He had an insurmountable love for you that proves his love for all mankind. if you were the only person on earth, he would have died for you. Once you've accepted him he will never leave you nor forsake you. he wants to take care of you. So who will you choose this day? Choose life through Jesus. There's nothing in between. What is your choice? He took too much time to make you to not want you for his own! It does not matter what has happened to you in the past or what you've done. Neither does it matter if your mom or Dad wanted you or not. He does and always has. Read his word and continue in his word and let him love you.

There's no need for the devil to make you think you can't have God. he's free and waiting for you and full of goodness and mercy too. Continue in the resurrection in studying the word and contact the website for information you might need.
